This PR significantly improves the model card for the Matcha molecular docking model.

Key changes include:

  • Correcting the license: Changed from cc-by-nc-4.0 to cc-by-4.0 as specified in the GitHub repository.
  • Adding pipeline_tag: Set to OTHER for molecular docking.
  • Adding descriptive tags: Included molecular-docking, drug-design, flow-matching for better discoverability.
  • Updating paper link: The paper link now points to the official Hugging Face papers page: Matcha: Multi-Stage Riemannian Flow Matching for Accurate and Physically Valid Molecular Docking.
  • Adding comprehensive content: The model card now features the full abstract, an overview of the method with figures from the GitHub repository, installation instructions, and a sample usage snippet for inference, making it much more informative and easier to use.
